I attempted to find a contact number but couldn't, as others have mentioned. I initiated an email conversation, initially asking to simply remove the extra labels, thinking it would be straightforward since I made the request right away. Instead, they ignored my request and directed me to verify my shipping address and follow a specific format. I then asked to cancel the order entirely, but they informed me that their cancellation policy only allowed for cancellations within 24 hours. They charged my account for the original amount immediately. A week later, I still hadn't received the harness, nor had I seen any effort to ship it. Although their website claims that customer support is available 24/7, it seems their main focus is on collecting payments rather than addressing customer concerns.
