BEWARE - Product advertised as having a "60-day money back guarantee." I ordered two different sizes. Product came with no return instructions except to contact customer service. I received absolutely no response to my first two attempts at contacting. I only got a reply after my third attempt where I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau if they did not respond. At first, customer service tried to discourage me from returning, claiming return shipping would be very expensive. After I pushed back, they finally instructed me to ship the item back to Guangdong, China despite the shipping label listing a return address in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I wish I had never ordered from this company to begin with.
