I placed my order approximately 30 days ago after carefully reviewing the website and product information. Having tried several braces and other products in the past to help manage my knee issues, I decided to try the Griqos brand based on the claims presented on the site.
At this time, I have not yet tested the product, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness. I intend to provide a follow-up review once I have had the opportunity to evaluate its performance.
However, I would like to address my experience with the company’s customer service. Communication was extremely slow to nonexistent. While I received daily promotional emails encouraging additional purchases, my repeated inquiries regarding the status of my order went unanswered. When checking the order status through the website, it remained in “ready to ship” status for approximately two weeks.
After multiple unanswered emails, I eventually indicated that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge due to the lack of response and product delivery. At that point, I received a brief reply stating they would look into the matter, but no further updates were provided.
I have now finally received my order and will provide a product review after trying it. Based on my experience with customer service thus far, I cannot say that I would choose to purchase from this company again.
