Ordered Hoka One One Women’s Transport Running Shoes from Grivet Outdoors and they arrived filthy. The box was worn, there were no papers, and the shoes had stains, heavy creasing, and dirt on the bottoms. They came with regular laces instead of the elastic quick-toggle laces new pairs always include, and there was no spare set either. Trying to sell used shoes as new is unacceptable. I emailed right away and have not heard back.
