After paying $1,381 for 12 lessons with a coach for a specific day and time, the coach told me that he was not available because he didn't properly update his calender on the site. He said I had to contact MyTennisLessons to get another instructor.Despite multiple phone calls and emails, nobody got back to me. I finally demanded a refund, but was still ignored. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this website.UPDATE: Only after disputing the charge with my credit card company and writing the review here and on the BBB website, did someone from Mytennislessons.com get back to me and refund my money. They have asked me to take down this review, which I will not, because of the effort it took to get that response.
Working as a coach with Mytennislessons for several years now; I am still amazed by their marketing! Tennis is a lifelong sport that has brought generations of people together accross the net. This is a company that has taken this mantra and streamlined it for todays society! If I ever have a question or need clarification the team is there to assist. A good website that let's the coaches showcase their experience and is user-friendly for clients. I am Honored and Humbled to be a partner and pass on sound longstanding tennis coaching to students.
Great website connecting coaches and players keen to learn tennis. Payments have been very prompt and I never faced any issue even after almost 6 years using the services. Great UI to easily schedule lessons and keep track of your students on the go.

the ease of getting lessons and the company collecting money,along with the reimbursement to the coach makes teaching tennis a breeze. any problems that occur with student to mytennislesson or coach has always been handled very professionalaly. As an instructor for over 6 Years I have been extremely pleased with the organization,and ultimately the students have been pleased with my instruction. many of my students have gone on to play either high school tennis or adults to USTA leagues.
