The store sent me the wrong item. They then said they did not have the correct item, and they have not refunded my money.They made their policy clear to me: if they send you the wrong item, an item that may be worth $50, instead of the $200 item they were supposed to send, they will not refund any money unless you correct their error by going to the fedex store and send the item back to them within 30 days. This is their stated policy.
