If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for years, spending a significant amount every fortnight. Our delivery last Friday had several items missing, even though my email indicated they should have been included. I contacted the support team, and they said a redelivery would be arranged, but we waited without any updates. When I followed up, I was told the store manager claimed we had already received the redelivery, which was not true. I expressed my frustration, insisting we had not received the items worth over £15. Their response was that the store manager confirmed the delivery had occurred. This situation is infuriating; they are clearly misleading customers. The store manager should be held accountable for this unacceptable behavior. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
