Extremely disappointing experience

Today, around 18:48, I attempted to make some purchases and noticed items at a reduced price. Upon returning home, I realized I was charged £2.80 instead of the reduced price of £0.84, which is over 150% higher. What was most disheartening was the lack of apology from the staff, indicating it may have been a deliberate action. This is quite upsetting and feels discriminatory.

Frustrating experience with missing items

If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. We have been customers for years, spending a considerable amount every fortnight. Our recent delivery had several missing items, despite my email stating they should have been included. I contacted the support team, who promised a redelivery, but we received no updates. When I followed up, I was told the store manager claimed we had already received the items. This is infuriating; they are misleading customers, and the store manager is not being truthful. I cannot believe they keep sending the same message about a redelivery without providing any details. I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to this unacceptable treatment.

Outstanding service, highly recommend

Absolutely excellent service! I placed my order at 2:30 PM, and it arrived by 5:50 PM. The delivery driver was polite and professional. I will definitely order again. My daughter also uses this service for her deliveries and has never encountered any issues.

Disgraceful service from the management

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for years, spending a significant amount every fortnight. Our delivery last Friday had several items missing, even though my email indicated they should have been included. I contacted the support team, and they said a redelivery would be arranged, but we waited without any updates. When I followed up, I was told the store manager claimed we had already received the redelivery, which was not true. I expressed my frustration, insisting we had not received the items worth over £15. Their response was that the store manager confirmed the delivery had occurred. This situation is infuriating; they are clearly misleading customers. The store manager should be held accountable for this unacceptable behavior. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Unjustified price increase

My wife loves these treats, and I usually buy 2 or 3 large bags at £2.50 each. However, during my shopping yesterday, I found they had increased the price to £3.15. How can they justify a 65p hike, which is nearly a 25% increase?

Issues with substitutions and out-of-date items

I've been using this service due to many exclusive items. However, I've faced numerous complaints about substitutions for items I don't consume, like sparkling water being swapped for still. Additionally, I received three 2L milk bottles that were past their expiration date, and after contacting support, I was told they were still safe to drink. I also experienced issues with substitutions that were not what I ordered, leading to confusion and frustration.

Missing items and poor customer service

A bag of my shopping was missing. I attempted to call the store but no one answered, and customer service was closed. When I called the next morning, I was told I should have noticed the missing items. After explaining my busy schedule, I was told my missing shopping would be delivered that evening. If not, I would have to ask my bank for a refund. Additionally, some items were replaced without my knowledge, which adds to my frustration.

Delivery delays and poor service

I had a delivery slot scheduled between 12:30 and 2:30 PM. I received a call in the morning stating they were running late and expected to deliver by 6:00 PM. However, there was still no delivery, and I am now waiting a day late with no service, particularly from the local branch, which has ongoing issues.
