Today, around 18:48, I attempted to make some purchases and noticed items at a reduced price. Upon returning home, I realized I was charged £2.80 instead of the reduced price of £0.84, which is over 150% higher. What was most disheartening was the lack of apology from the staff, indicating it may have been a deliberate action. This is quite upsetting and feels discriminatory.
If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. We have been customers for years, spending a considerable amount every fortnight. Our recent delivery had several missing items, despite my email stating they should have been included. I contacted the support team, who promised a redelivery, but we received no updates. When I followed up, I was told the store manager claimed we had already received the items. This is infuriating; they are misleading customers, and the store manager is not being truthful. I cannot believe they keep sending the same message about a redelivery without providing any details. I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to this unacceptable treatment.
Absolutely excellent service! I placed my order at 2:30 PM, and it arrived by 5:50 PM. The delivery driver was polite and professional. I will definitely order again. My daughter also uses this service for her deliveries and has never encountered any issues.

Additionally, I received three 2L milk bottles that were past their expiration date, and after contacting support, I was told they were still safe to drink. I also experienced issues with substitutions that were not what I ordered, leading to confusion and frustration.
