I have mainly shopped in Iceland stores and have had no problems, but I have recently done some online orders to help out during busy times. I had the wrong beans delivered and had Icelands own pitta delivered instead of the warburtons soft pittas, I have been fighting this since august 20th, Iceland have told me they have refunded me, (lies) and PayPal have not received confirmation from Iceland, and the codes that iceland gave me to give PayPal dont work, PayPal have sided with Iceland and i'm flabbergasted as to why this has happened. I know its not a lot of money £3.85 that Iceland owe, but they have even had the cheek to say I wasn't charged for the difference in pitta price and I never received that either. a nice lady today told me I would receive a gogw voucher of £5 but I told her that barely covers what Iceland owe me, she then said she would do £10 gogw but even that has yet to go through, I shall wait and see, but I don't hold out much hope. I shall never do an online shop with them again.
