If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. We have been customers for years, spending a considerable amount every fortnight. Our recent delivery had several missing items, despite my email stating they should have been included. I contacted the support team, who promised a redelivery, but we received no updates. When I followed up, I was told the store manager claimed we had already received the items. This is infuriating; they are misleading customers, and the store manager is not being truthful. I cannot believe they keep sending the same message about a redelivery without providing any details. I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to this unacceptable treatment.
