Morrisons Now - This service sounds too good to be true. Unfortunately for me, it was. I was informed the delivery would be between 8.20-9.20am this morning. I was emailed at 9am to say the delivery had been packed. And that was all I heard. I waited in for hours especially for the delivery which didn’t arrive. On calling Morrisons customer service, I was told the order had been cancelled due to the driver not turning up and there was nothing they could do now. Complete waste of my time and no shopping. Very inconvenient, ironically!
I understand this response but there was no communication. Surely the customer should be informed & offered the option to collect before cancellation happens.
