Absolutely the worst customer service
My order was delivered with over half the items missing. Called customer service who said they’d get the driver to come back and they’d call back to confirm time. Heard nothing. I rang back 3 hours later to be told my items wouldn’t be delivered and they’d issued a refund (to take 10 days). I asked them to place me a new order over the phone but refused. Also refused any compensation. I asked to raise a formal complaint which I was told would be actioned. I asked that a copy of this be emailed to me which I was assured would happen. No email received. Further calls confirm no complaint was raised.
I had to rebook another delivery for the next day (at the cost of £6 as I only have midweek delivery pass) to get all my missing items.
I contacted customer service via twitter (after giving up on the phone) to be told that they won’t compensate me or refund the £6 delivery I’ve had to pay on top of my monthly delivery pass.
As an elderly pensioner customer who has needed to use online delivery since covid, the customer service I have received is shocking. No apology or assistance at all. After all these years I shall be shopping elsewhere and urge anyone reading these reviews to avoid using Morrisons as they clearly no longer care about their customers.
