Purchased online order which included onions, bananas, garlic, potatoes and sausages. Onions were rotten, garlic was dry and mouldy, bananas all bruised and the sausages placed in bag with heavy items so one packed was damaged and seal burst. Asked morrisons for refund which was rejected. So they are saying its fine to send customers products they can't use. Everytime I order onions, garlic, potatoes etc they always rotten and black. 2 shopping refunds rejected and one pending for 8 days. Send them photos still nothing. Why cant the staff that pick the items check them for quality and pack properly. Fed up with morrisons will find another supermarket that sends quality products.
