I am hopeful that I will be temporarily disabled due to a shoulder replacement and having not had a delivery from Morrisons for years, thought ok will get a shop. So delivery was yesterday 28th, got an email to say the van had broken down.......so my delivery would be today 1st march at the same time, I was advised to call customer service. So I called, I felt like I was talking to a chatbot who had a script, there were long silences before I got a reply, explained I would like my delivery earlier as I no longer had necessities such as bread & milk, it was agreed that the store in Kirkcaldy, Fife in Scotland would be emailed to request earlier delivery. So this morning an email informed my delivery would be delivered at the original delivery time. So that means around 17:30 tonight, so customer service were not contacted, just automated responses no need for any human involvement! I will never use Morrisons delivery service again.
