Every dashboard it generates is 20 minutes to 7+ hours outdated—sometimes pulling prices from weeks ago—while claiming “retrieved right now.” Concrete examples from today alone: It insisted it was “9:37 AM EST” when it was actually 5:20 PM EST. Showed a stock at $148 when the real price was already $182+. Repeated the exact same 9:37 AM snapshot for six straight hours no matter how many times I requested fresh data. This isn’t a glitch; it’s a critical, deal-breaking failure for anyone who actually trades. I pay for the premium service expecting the “most powerful AI,” not a broken ticker tape from yesterday’s newspaper. Other platforms provide instant, accurate quotes without a single hiccup. This service is currently 100% unusable for market-related work and is causing real financial loss. Fix the real-time pipeline or stop pretending to be a serious tool for traders. Until then, 1 star, and I’m switching to the competition that actually works.
