I bought a Groomie a little over a year ago. For the first 5 months, it worked great. Then, one day, it stopped working completely. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement, which I appreciated. Feeling confident in the product, I even purchased a set of replacement shaver heads.Unfortunately, just a few months later, the second shaver failed as well. By this time, the 12-month warranty had expired. I contacted Groomie twice, explaining the situation, but all I received were generic, unhelpful responses.If you’re okay with buying a new shaver every 6 months, this might work for you. But I’m done with this brand. I recommend spending a bit more and getting a Skull Shaver — mine has lasted over 2 years without any issues.
