Ordered it and immediately didn't like it. Called customer service to return which they say it is easy return for 90 days. Don't believe this. Its been six weeks and i still don't have my money back. And today!!! they sent me a automatic blade replacement for $30. I emailed and said cancel. they basically said to bad, you must also cancel the blade subscription which I didn't even know I had!! Horrible company. Don't waste your money!!!

I've had the exact experience everyone else has described. I haven't even used the product enough to give that a review, but the experience with them in whole is awful. Enrolled in an auto-ship I had no idea about until charged. The replacement head hasn't even arrived for me to even attempt a return as tracking only says a label was created and that's it. Responses to emails take at least a week, and then they have to "approve" your return request. I finally just started a dispute with Paypal to hopefully get my money back for an auto-ship replacement head that I haven't received.

CAUTION: Unwanted Subscription Charges!

CAUTION: I ordered this item as a gift and was offered a special price with a refill purchase, which I accepted when buying the kit. I was assured I could cancel anytime, but that turned out to be false. Recently, my credit card was charged for a second refill as part of a subscription I didn't want. I contacted them immediately to cancel since I don't even have the product; it was a Christmas gift for my brother, who didn't like it. I've sent five emails and followed their cancellation steps, but I keep receiving a message stating I need to wait for more product and evaluate my experience first. I don't even have the item. I simply want to stop the ongoing charges for something not being used. I'm now disputing the charge and might have to consider legal action to prevent further charges from this company due to their misleading practices. It might be easier to just close my card. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Beware of the Product and Subscription Issues

This product is not as effective as advertised. They automatically enroll you in a subscription, charge your account, and send refills you didn't request. Additionally, they expect you to pay for assistance in resolving this issue. Avoid purchasing this product. The subscription scam is very much ongoing. Keep an eye on your account.

This product is a scam. It fails to deliver on its promises. They automatically enroll you in a subscription, charge you, and send you a refill you didn't request. They even want you to pay extra for help resolving these issues. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The refill scam is ongoing. Monitor your accounts closely.

Same Old Story

Like many others, my experience is the same. The product doesn't work as advertised. They charge you for a refill you never ordered and refuse to refund or let you cancel until two days after you receive the product! This is very shady. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Beware of Automatic Subscriptions

Be cautious with this site; they will automatically enroll you in a subscription for blade refills without your consent, and you can't unsubscribe until after 44 days. There’s no customer service phone number; the only way to reach out is via email. This practice should not be allowed.

Unacceptable Delays

Took extra time for delivery and they are still charging for unwanted items. I have proof, as I purchased a product on December 25 and was charged yesterday again. I have screenshots of their messages regarding new purchases.

Terrible Experience

This service is the worst. I placed my order on January 2, expecting delivery by January 6, but nothing has arrived. I've contacted customer support multiple times, and they only repeat what I'm seeing from the carrier: 'it’s in transit.' There's no way to reach the carrier, the tracking hasn’t changed in over a week. I will never use this service again; I’ll just take the loss.

Disappointing Shaver

This shaver does not provide a smooth shave. The head keeps falling off, forcing you to turn it off and reattach it repeatedly. There’s no option to leave a review on their site, and since I bought directly, I can’t review it elsewhere. Plus, you're automatically signed up for a new shaver head, which you have to cancel yourself. I wouldn't recommend this product.
