Ordered a replacement blade for my shaver. It was the wrong model. Requested a return, they responded and I went through the website to process it. No option to send it back, just to keep or donate. They emailed me that the return was submitted. No refund. Ordered the correct blade, received it, works fine. Received another email saying my order was on the way. It's the same incorrect blade that I can't use. I'm on a 4 week subscription for BOTH blades now. Was able to cancel the incorrect blade subscription but still cannot stop the second one. Nowhere did it indicate that I was starting a monthly subscription when ordering these blades. If it was there, it was not obvious at all. Have been sending emails back and forth with customer service for a month now, with no resolution. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
