I would like to start by saying that I truly love this product.I have been using my Groonie mat for a short time, and I can already feel a difference in my pain levels. I usually suffer from pain that lasts 24 hours a day. I have severe scoliosis, several herniated discs, and strong nighttime pain, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep. Since I started using the mat, I feel a noticeable improvement, especially in how my body feels overall.I would also like to share my experience with the company’s service. I had serious problems with the delivery company, and my order was delayed for a long time. I live in Spain. I was almost ready to cancel the order, but I really wanted the Groonie mat because I knew the product quality was very good.The Groonie team stayed in daily contact with me and supported me until I finally received my product. Even though the delivery was late, I did not experience this as negative because their service, care, and professionalism were outstanding.
