Grooni earthing advertised a February 2026 additional 20% off ad by using the code LOVEPULSE. When I actually tried to use it, it only gave 10% off, not the 20% off, as stated in the Ad. When I complained via email, Regina Gate replied that it meant a sliding scale of 10 - 20% off, not the advertised 20% off. I went back and read the whole ad page at least 5 times. It states very clearly, ADDITIONAL 20% OFF, not the false, misleading sliding 10 - 20 % off Regina Gate stated to me. I emailed Regina Gate, informed her of her lies and falsehoods, told her to either give customers the 20% OFF or take down their lying Ad, So far, No RESPONSE to my last email. Their last ad also repeated the same false, misleading, lying Ad. I told her to correct the ad, because, we, her loyal and long term customers Deserve better. what a shame.

After a couple of weeks of using the grounding mat for my bed, I wake up refreshed and I have noticed my joints are less achy. I am looking forward to how I will feel after months of use. Also I want to say the customer service is excellent! A problem I had was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I ordered a king size mat but was later told that due to global logistics they werent sure when they would receive it to ship it to me. Regina was super accommodating on my refund request and I ordered one they had in stock. Great company to deal with
My husband ordered a grooniearthing mat as he had heard great things about it. Once we received it he was unaware of the warning that anyone with a medical implant should not use one and since he had a medical pain pump implanted he proceeded to reach out to the company to return it.This company understood his conundrum and happily refunded his money. I received my 12 core PEMF infrared Therapy Mat Pro two weeks ago. Since that time I have used it everyday on level P5 for 30 minutes. It was my wife who had been doing research on PEMF mats and had sent me the link to the Grooni Earthing site.
