There was lack of communication, only responding to the initial emails I sent, enquiring about my order.I understand & fully appreciate when there is a hold up, but please reach out to people & relay that information. We are human and generally accept the unexpected.I did receive unexpected as the tracking was not working. Very happy with my order and it will be used with my line of business.
