Waitied for over 3 weeks for parcel to arrive. E-mailed them twice to ask for the tracking number, no reply the first time, the 2nd time got a really cheeky e-mail to say the parcel was at customs and "they had fulfilled their obligation" and to "pay the fee and collect the package", i had payed the fee 2 weeks prior. Will never use this company again
