Review Time
I had been hunting high and low for a record that, to my knowledge, had been a limited release and was only available on the secondary market. Lo and behold, Groovesland had a big green dot that said "IN STOCK" next to this elusive record. I was thrilled, and I ordered it! A couple of days later, I received an email with my order status - a status that said "ordered with supplier." Not sure what that meant, I emailed them with a simple question - "do you actually have this in stock?" I was met with a copy/paste answer that didn't help, so I asked again and reiterated that I was not trying to be rude, but wanted a clear answer as to whether or not I could expect this order to go through. After a couple of similar exchanges, they finally said "well, since you clearly missed that this is on backorder, we're just going to cancel the order." For the record, at this point their website still showed the album was in stock. First impressions are important, and the first impression I received was loaded with misleading information, immature/unprofessional customer service, and a refund that, frankly, I'm not convinced I'll ever see. I could have easily forgiven the mislabeled stock status on the website if the customer service rep (Manuel) had even bothered to treat me like a customer and not a nuisance.

You order something,one pays for it . Weeks later after many emails, they apologize,that they don’t have it in stock. Promise to return the money but not to receive anything. It’s like a scam. It should get no stars . The company should be investigated and closed .
Ordered an item for my sons birthday. Didn’t receive any email confirmation and my log in details didn’t work. After a few days with no update I contacted Groovesland who advised that the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be for a few weeks! Luckily I had purchased through PayPal who gave me a full refund. I wouldn’t use this supplier again.
Groovesland.com 💯% has proven to be a trustworthy site. I paid by direct bank transfer (certainly a bit twitchy to do so but I've done this before with another German retailer Sotel.com so felt less worried as all went well then). The payment was received by them on the 28 Oct (confirmed via email - took a full day with all sorts of off putting warnings by my bank b4 I could actually get to send the payment) & I received my purchase on the 5 November - No Problems!I will certainly use this site again & pay by direct bank transfer to help businesses avoid card bank charges - great idea, more businesses should offer it.
Paid for 1-3 tracked day shipping. They didn't create the dispatch label untill day 5 and this didn't start showing any movement until 3 weeks from ordering.I email number of times asking for updates to be told it can take upto a month. Then I asked to cancel and refund as tracking had not shown as even collected but this was refused and I was told I could only get a refund if I wait till it comes then return zt my own expense even though this was not even showing as collected by the courier at this point.My purchase was for a birthday present but this missed this terribly.Will never use this company again nor will anyone I know.
Delivery was supposed to be 1-6 days, i did think they has a UK, US and NL base. It took 24 days for the item to arrive and i had to pay over £100 on customs. I was also charged to use PayPal £33 and they put it down as delivery charge, which was false. Its actually illegal to charge for using PayPal. I was also charged £2.32 for tracking my package. My item which was supposed to be a good price ended up costing me £870, not the £533 it was supposed to be. I would NEVER buy from them again.To put into perspective, an item i bought from Taiwan came within 4 working days. This item from Netherlands to UK took 24days.
After reading all this reviews I was very sceptical about ordering from this seller However I seen they support PayPal payment so I tried and ordered from them as no stock in UK . I have received my package after 7 days of purchase just the delivery drivers are lazy and were keep saying for 2 days that unable to deliver no access to property bla bla bla .... but there wasn't attempt to deliver as always someone in my house . On the end my parcel was delivered to the post office collection point. The item I bought has been very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I can definitely recommend this seller .
