The shoes I purchased were just as depicted and fit perfectly (true to size). Unfortunately, due to the nature of my work where I stand and walk a lot, they didn’t suit me as I needed better insoles. I quickly emailed them and received a prompt response. They connected me with customer service, and I explained my situation. They were understanding and very helpful.
