The shoes when the arrived did not fit ,uncomfortable and totally disappointment,the advertising was very misleading and the insole they sent was like WOOD. Their solution is for me AT MY EXPENSE to send them back ( the shipping is more then the shoes) or get a 10% refund ($4.95 ) and keep a pair OF USELESS $50 SHOES

I ordered these a month ago. My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation via email, then crickets. There is no way to call the company, only an online contact form. The company did respond the same day to my inquiry but only to say they would check on my order because they are having backend issues. I’m thinking this is heading towards a dispute through my credit card company. Can’t speak to the quality of the product as I haven’t received it.

When the package arrived, it contained a 'forever young painting pen' instead of the shoes! I contacted the company to report the error and missing items, but they simply stated that their tracking showed my order was delivered, ignoring the fact that I received the wrong item. While the tracking numbers matched, the contents were incorrect. I sent several emails requesting the correct items and a refund, but received no response. This feels like a scam!

We had no idea we were ordering from overseas. Be cautious about this. They refuse to let you cancel your order and do not provide a legitimate tracking number. All I want is to cancel my order. Don’t waste your money or time on this service.
The shoes I purchased were just as depicted and fit perfectly (true to size). Unfortunately, due to the nature of my work where I stand and walk a lot, they didn’t suit me as I needed better insoles. I quickly emailed them and received a prompt response. They connected me with customer service, and I explained my situation. They were understanding and very helpful. I would definitely shop here again. Thank you for your assistance; it meant a lot!
I had a very disappointing experience with a recent shoe order. The package arrived with mismatched sizes, and two pairs didn’t even have size labels. The sandals were much larger than expected, and the quality was shockingly poor. Customer service was unhelpful, expecting me to pay for return shipping and only offered a partial refund. Additionally, the shoes had a strong chemical smell and were clearly not made of real leather. I cannot recommend this company.
This company is a complete mess! Their 'return policy' requires me to send the shoes back to Vietnam at my own cost! The return address on the package turned out to be a storage facility in another state. Do not trust them. Avoid making any purchases here!
I ordered a pair of shoes before a vacation and waited anxiously for their arrival. It took about a month for them to arrive. They looked somewhat like the photos, but when I tried them on, they felt like elf shoes—definitely not comfortable or waterproof as promised. I ordered the correct size and assumed I could return them. Their customer service was quick to respond, which was nice, but despite providing photos showing the issue, they only reiterated that I ordered the shoes in that size and offered a 50% discount on my next purchase. I will never order from them again; I didn’t expect to be unable to return them.
I'm hoping this new review balances out my previous one-star feedback. The company worked with me on this order and provided acceptable replacements for the shoes. They are very comfortable and lightweight, which is beneficial for my recovery after ankle surgery since they elevate my heel and shift weight to the ball of my foot. I now have three pairs!
