I ordered these a month ago. My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation via email, then crickets. There is no way to call the company, only an online contact form. The company did respond the same day to my inquiry but only to say they would check on my order because they are having backend issues. I’m thinking this is heading towards a dispute through my credit card company. Can’t speak to the quality of the product as I haven’t received it.
