When my shoes came I decided to return them as I felt they were cheaply made. I contacted so called customer service. It took four emails to obtain return info , they kept asking questions, making offers, chatting.It’s bad enough they don’t pay for return shipping, but I did know that. What I didn’t like is that they made it hard to return items. Buyer beware.
