They were extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had . When I received the shoes I had more questions and they helped with those as well.
I have very painful feet, with corns and ingrown toenails.It's hard for me to find comfortable shoes for any occasion - I mostly wear flip flops when the weather permits . The Grounded shoes are the most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet. I'm wearing them with no toe separators, bandaids, corn pads, and my feet don't hurt at all. For me, that's like a miracle.
Emailed them and called them to make sure I was ordering the correct size. I wear a women's 8 1/2 2EE in New Balance and Brooks. I ordered a pair based on my conversation with the customer service person. Shoes arrived today. They are too short and not wide enough. They put extra fabric on the top of the toe box but don't make the bottom sole wide enough. My foot hangs over the sole. They charge $10 for shipping and I'd have to pay another $10 to return them. So when you read their return policy it says you can return them for another pair but it doesn't say you have to pay postage both ways. So now I'm out $80. I live on social security so this is a lot of money to me. I will not pay $10 (for a total of $10) to return them but I will donate them to the homeless shelter.
Just reading about their shoes it sounds like a scam. If the shoes are like being barefoot, how do they help with Plantar Fasciitis and Overpronation? I wear Brooks for stability with Superfeet insoles, they work for me and I work at a hospital.

Fantastic shoes! Excellent support! However, I found the compression socks lacking. Having worn compression socks for five years and tried various brands, I noticed that yours lacked the necessary stretch, making it difficult to pull them over my toes and ankles.
I really like my shoes and even ordered two additional pairs. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size, as both American and European sizing should be included on the shoes and order form. I reached out to the support team regarding a return and replacement. Following their instructions, I returned the shoes and provided the tracking number, but I haven't received any updates since then. The charge for the original two pairs is still showing on my banking account. I'm hoping it’s just a matter of time.
