Ordered shoes on grounded footwear site. I put in correct info for shipping and billing . However the shipping address got changed after order processed. I noticed it and emailed the company because it was late at night. Called customer service the next morning— very early. Told that shoes were already shipped! Told to call USPS to change address. That did not work. I was able to contact the company that was at the address it was shipped to ( which by the way is across the country— yes a different state) than I am in. They said they would write “return to sender nosuchperson at this address. They did— very nice,However watching the tracking after that has been excruciatingly crazy. Looking at USPS tracking it appears it is again goung back to the wrong adress— not back to Grounded Footwear. Ispoke to customer service again today and was told that this process is what happens. Itold themIwanted a refund and the guy said” oh we will ship it to you at the correct address when we get it from you”. I said that I had told them before I did not want these shoes sent to me I wanted a refund. This is horrible! I will call back in a week to see if I can get through tosomeone with authority and understanding and some sense. Iwillnever order from them again.
