Good Shoes Horrible Customer Service

The delivery process was horrible and very fraught. The company that delivered the shoes to me was very difficult to stay in touch with, demonstrating that it offers no actual customer service, and the shoes were not delivered as I requested. The delivery people left the package of shoes on my stoop, after I specifically requested that the package be dropped into my backyard, over a fence, where the package would be safe. I wasn't going to be home when the delivery was scheduled by the delivery service, and I wasn't allowed to change the date. Then, the shoes were not delivered on that date. The entire experience was horrible.The shoes are good I think. So far, I'm liking them (I have figured out that one really can't wear regular socks with these shoes, so I'm not sure how I will use them in the winter); but I hated the process of getting the shoes after I ordered them. I don't think I'll be purchasing from the company again. If they offer the shoes through retail stores, I might buy them again; but I won't go through that delivery drama ever again.
