I liked the look and feel of the shoes, but they were too small. When talking to customer service, I had the perception that they didn't want the shoes returned. They suggested that I keep them and give them to someone. Or I could return them for a larger pair. All I wanted was my money back. I ended up returning at my expense ($12) and my credit will not include the delivery shipping ($9.99). So I get some of my cost back but not all. I'm waiting....! You know, I really liked the shoes and would have given you 5 stars if they had fit.
