I just do not find the shoes to be comfortable. I would like to return them but I missed the 30 day return timeline by two days. Disappointing shoes and the loss of 78.81. I cannot recommend the shoes. UPDATE: I received a message from Groundedfootwear that stated "Even though you’re just outside our 30-day return window, we’d still love the opportunity to see how we can help. Please reach out to our support team at (email address) or call us at (888) 996-7910. We’ll do our best to find a resolution that’s fair for you.We value your input and the chance to make things right."Unfortunately, James from the Customer Support Team stated that they would not work with me to find a resolution. They apparently value my accurate 1-star review but will not take the chance to make things right.So, add a disappointing customer service experience to the review and consider this a company to stay away from.
