I wanted to get these shoes for the last 2 months… as soon as I could, I ordered them and wore them all day..I even wore them to bed that night with my feet sticking out from the covers.. I hav suffered with balance issues for the last few years as other shoes were too tight in the toes and on the sides of my feet where I have developed calluses, painful callouses.. as soon as I put them on, I had such great relief that I was truly ‘in love’ with my choice to get the full toe spread and flat sole with the arch support. You see, as a nurse for 53 years, my main job was walking halls of a facility… usually with cement floors and this caused my feet to hurt everyday that I had a shift.. I can truly say right now..,I have truly been walking better with ‘heel-toe’ steps that have increased my ability to not lose my balance and briskly walk on any surface.. I am still treating my callouses with medicinal pads. But without any extra pain as I did with shoes that were too tight on the outside of my feet.. I am wearing them all day , every day now and am blessed that they appear that they have helped me so much! No pain, better balance and very little fear of falling or walking for long periods of time.! Comfort from the first time I put them on, incredible!!!Cindy
