I wear a size 12 US shoe. I ordered two pair, one blk and one wht, and they are great. I wear them constantly. When the new Evolve shoe came out, great, I ordered a pair in size 12. When they came, they were too tight, too small. I called Grounded Footwear to return them andcexchange tem for a size 13. The rep said you can keep those, we will give you a 30% discount, plus a 30% discount if you order a larger size, or you can retun them. I wanted a larger size, so I took the offer. They arrived within a werk. What I got was another size 12, not the 13 I requested. I measured both pair, they are the same shoe. So, now I have two pair I cannot wear, and I am out the cost minus the supposed discounts. No more. 👎
