Ordered a pair of shoes, same company different style. toebox was super narrow, the shoes wouldn’t even slip on my feet, two sizes too small. when I brought that to the attention of customer service they tried to offer me a 30% discount which is completely worthless as they do not fit. Why would I wanna pay 70% for a pair of shoes that do not fit! Wound up having to return them and pay $20 to send them back super disappointing…😔
