I don’t care to conduct any further business with this company nor tell friends and family about your product. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes from your company so you’d think we’d be treated like valued customers. I want our phone conversation reviewed by your leadership team so Ricky can get the coaching he needs. How dare he speak to me in that manner.
