shoe is ok ,maybe around the house,at least for me.i am 73 male ,active, but broke down, lol. they just dont have enough padding for me,maybe for younger folks,lol i remember in my forties as a jogger ,then i could have run in these ...but not today. sorry old man boring review ,but just being honest
