My husband just recently bought a pair of your shoes, which after wearing them inside for a week or two to make sure they worked for him and were comfortable, he began to wear them out of the house. Because he liked them so much he decided to take them w/ us on vacation for a bus tour as his primary pair of shoes. (Fortunately and luckily, he had brought a backup pair w/himAfter two days on the trip, he felt there was something in one of his shoes. Upon inspection of the shoe, he realized there was nothing in his shoe but that the insole had developed a hole in it which was what was bothering him.These shoes cost us $80.00 and we expected them to last a minimum of a year! However, they were unwearable in 2 months!! This is unacceptable!!While still on vacation he inquired about whether or not they were returnable to which your response was a big fat 'No'. We realize your guarantee is for 30 days but is your product quality so inferior that the shoes wear out in 2 months? We received an additional email from you stating that your insoles were also not exchangeable! Then to add insult to injury, we received an email offering for us to buy the new and improved insoles for $29.99. This suggests to us that your company has been having problems with the initial insoles and you are wanting more money to help your product be usable. That is just sad.....Please know that if we hear nothing back from you to help make our investment of these shoes wearable at no cost to us, we will be leaving pictures and a review of your inferior product.
