As a follow-up to my previous review I added a star to upgrade my customer experience. I ordered an up size 11 based on the website recommendation when I normally wear size 10.5. The size 11 didn't fit right. Contacted customer service and in a matter of about a week, I had a replacement pair of size 10 that fit perfectly and feel great!!
