Had issues with the insole of one shoe slipping and finally actually slipping out the back if the shoe during walks or runs. After much time and a few emails back and forth (always polite and professional on their part) the problem was never solved but they gave me a nominal refund on shoes that I can’t use for any length of walk or run. They make ok house slippers now…but my $20-30 Speedo water shoes do what the Grounded shoes do without the insole slipping problems.
