I appreciated the personal contact from Brian before I received my shoes, and after I received my shoes. And I am so pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are! I love them. My feet do and my legs do not get fatigued during the day. I do a lot of walking recreationally and with my job up and down stairs and at the end of the day I felt like I could do it all again. I did have to buy an additional arch support for the shoes because I tend to get plantar fasciitis and I do have high arches but other than that I will be buying another pair and please let me know when you get more colors
