First,I've never had such exceptional customer service. Any questions or concerns are answered within 24 hours or less. This company works with its customers so that everyone is satisfied. Second, I received my order promptly. I was not happy with the footwear I chose, but I happened to show them to my 90 year old mother, who loved them!! She thought they were extremely comfortable. In the end, I'm happy with this company and if mom wants another pair (different color or style), I feel confident that she would love them too.
