Quick shipping and great communication. The shoes, not what I was expecting forsure. They do not have much arch, much padding on the insole, more like a water sock then a shoe. The bottom is fairly narrow so the foot somewhat sticks over the edge making it feel uncomfortable for me. My husband has a very high arch and very very wide foot, he likes the top of the shoe, but also has the same issue that I do with the sole and the arch. wish the description would have been a bit clearer on the actual show. For a better idea of what I am talking about, it is like having a Narrow width sandle size and your foot is an extra wide. have plenty of foot hanging over the edges of the sole
