Your product is not sized correctly. I got a 7.5 men's/9 women's. The shoe was too small; my toes were pushed right up against the front. When I asked how to return them for credit, I was told you would only return 30%, which was raised to 50% when I rebelled. My further resistance resulted in "send the shoes back for a refund"--if I provided a tracking number.
