I have long narrow feet and flat footed which makes it very difficult to find comfortable shoes and therefore can't wear your shoes. the order i was sent was wrong. i ordered WHITE I was sent black and dont want black. Since the mistake is YOURS I WANT A REFUND OR I TAKE IT FURTHER AND FILE FRAUD CHARGES. I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOOSE MONEY ON A LIMITED INCOME AND IF YOU WANT THE SHOES BACK YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN. THEY HAVE NO SUPPORT AND I NEED SUPPORT. BEING AS HONEST AS I CAN BE AND DONT MEAN TO BE NEGATIVE BUT I CANT WEAR THESE EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE IS PERFECT. SORRY. LET ME KNOW YOUR ANSWER ASAP.
