I am not satisfied with this product. The shoe has no support and no comfort. I asked to return only to get a counter offer of 30 % discount and keep the product. Now why keep a product you will never use? Then a second offer of 50% off with no return, again why keep something you will never use? I just want a return! Then rules for return, only their carrier is permitted if you use any other you will not be refunded. Not very customer service oriented. Too many rules not enough service
