I liked the idea of shoes with better traction on slippery surfaces. I didn't like the fit on my feet, the unconventional laces and especially the return/refund process; too complicated and the process takes too long. Ten days after receiving my return, my refund was still not processed. Upon contacting customer support it was explained to me that they needed the return USPS tracking number to start the process although they had been in possession of my return for 10 days.
