I really like my shoes and even ordered two additional pairs. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size, as both American and European sizing should be included on the shoes and order form. I reached out to the support team regarding a return and replacement. Following their instructions, I returned the shoes and provided the tracking number, but I haven't received any updates since then. The charge for the original two pairs is still showing on my banking account. I'm hoping it’s just a matter of time.
