Emailed them and called them to make sure I was ordering the correct size. I wear a women's 8 1/2 2EE in New Balance and Brooks. I ordered a pair based on my conversation with the customer service person. Shoes arrived today. They are too short and not wide enough. They put extra fabric on the top of the toe box but don't make the bottom sole wide enough. My foot hangs over the sole. They charge $10 for shipping and I'd have to pay another $10 to return them. So when you read their return policy it says you can return them for another pair but it doesn't say you have to pay postage both ways. So now I'm out $80. I live on social security so this is a lot of money to me. I will not pay $10 (for a total of $10) to return them but I will donate them to the homeless shelter.
