I purchased a Grounding Well sheet on the 10th March.
I contacted the company if I could use my electric blanket at the same time.
They replied promptly to say they recommend that I should avoid using an electric blanket.
So this was not going to be of any use for me. I emailed the Company twice once on the 10th March and on the 12th April to ask for a full refund. I have had absolutely no reply just silence.
I am well within the 90 day money back guarantee.
I shall also be contacting Facebook to look into this Company and have it removed from their site.
I have given them plenty of time to contact me and to give me the address of where to return the item.
Do not use this Company they do not honour their guarantee of 90 days.
As you can see I am extremely unhappy. It just teaches you a lesson in future to use UK companies.
